Job summary

HexArmor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Grand Rapids, MI to pick and assemble customer orders, transport items to shipping, and uphold safety and accuracy standards. The role supports daily pack/QA staging and inventory tasks.

You will work standard 1st shift with occasional overtime and weekends as needed, contributing to productivity and a clean, secure warehouse environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Attendance at work and punctuality is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• The ability to follow directions is extremely important.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending and reaching.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring style, size and quantity are accurate.
• Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment.
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations with material handling equipment.
• Meet company performance standards for productivity.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Conduct physical inventories as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Comply with OSHA Standards.
