Staffmark is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Searcy, AR on 1st Shift. You will support picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks to keep orders moving safely and accurately.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safety, with opportunities for overtime and advancement. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior warehouse exposure is a plus. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into boxes, containers, or pallets according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or damage.
• Label packages accurately and ensure shipping information is correct.
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet daily production and packaging goals.
• Assist with inventory counting and material handling when required.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
