Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in Searcy, AR to load materials, perform quality checks, and help meet daily goals. You’ll work on the production line, monitor equipment, and follow SOPs to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Feed correctly identified cups and lids into the filler and unscrambler.
• Ensure ingredients are added and verified before packaging.
• Check container appearance for lid fit, fill, and clean packaging.
• Verify machine setup and code date before startup and during runs.
• Collaborate with the Freezer Operator for smooth changeovers.
• Perform CIP and COP according to SOPs and checklists.
• Maintain a safety-first approach toward people, equipment, and facilities.
