Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart in Apex, NC is hiring for a warehouse/fulfillment role. You will receive, stock, and manage inventory, then pick and pack orders for Dashers to deliver. You will engage with customers in-app, maintain a safe workspace, and support runners and dashers as needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, physical work, and a willingness to learn kitchen skills. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful, and a High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, or similar roles preferred.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management, ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
• Pick, pack and stage orders using device scanning.
• Delight customers by clear, friendly communication in-app.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization per policies.
• Be a team player and support site goals and colleagues.
• Coordinate with Runners and Dashers for pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist in light food prep and pre-packaging when required.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.
