Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a hands-on role in a fast-paced local-fulfillment environment. You will receive, stock, and organize inventory, use scanners to pick and stage orders, and help deliver quality service to Dashers and customers.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse. Health benefits start Day 1 for full-time staff, plus PTO, and other perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in retail, customer service or food and beverage is a plus.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory accurately, monitor quality and rotation.
• Use scanners to pick and stage orders and handoff to Dashers.
• Communicate clearly with customers via the app for substitutions.
• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness in accordance with standards.
• Coordinate runners and Dashers to pickup locations when applicable.
• Assist in light preparation of hot and/or cold foods as needed.
