Job summary

DashMart, a local-fulfillment center operated by DoorDash, is seeking a motivated individual for fast-paced, physical operations. You will receive and stock inventory, scan and pick orders, and hand off to Dashers, while delivering excellent customer experiences through the app.

You’ll help maintain a safe, organized warehouse, work as a team, and assist with runner coordination and light food preparation where applicable. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills, willingness to learn, and problem solving ability.
• Thrive in a team environment and handle a variety of duties.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage, administrative, healthcare or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and stocking, ensuring quality and rotation.
• Pick, pack and sort orders and hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers via the app and substitutions when needed.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization per standards.
• Coordinate with Runners and Dashers to pickup locations.
