Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping/receiving, stocking, inventory control, and related tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure products are received, stored, and distributed accurately to installation teams, with data entered into ERP/WMS systems.

This full-time, in-person role offers hourly pay between $20 and $21, benefits, and on-the-job training to help you grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees and vendors.
• Requires heavy weightlifting (60+ lbs.) on a regular basis.
• Must speak English and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using RF equipment.
• Operate PC and RF-based systems with accuracy; input data into ERP/WMS.
• Load/unload cargo with forklift/pallet jacks and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
