Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Arlington, TX. The role involves receiving, stocking, and distributing flooring products to support installation teams. This in-person, full-time position offers hands-on training and a compensation range of $19-$21 per hour.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, operate RF-based systems, input data into ERP/WMS, and move materials with forklifts and pallet jacks while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 60+ lbs regularly.
• Clear communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data entry into ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic database tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using RF equipment.
• Operate PC and RF-based systems with high accuracy.
• Input data into ERP/WMS accurately and timely.
• Load/unload cargo with forklift/pallet jacks as needed.
• Verify inventory in system against physical counts.
• Perform routine warehouse housekeeping and safety practices.

Ensuring product is received, maintained and stored properly, and distributed both with care and timely to our installation teams is of vital importance to the continued success and growth of the company.

The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of shipping/receiving, stocking activities; store and distribute supplies and equipment; maintain inventory and stock records; and perform related work as required. On the job training will be provided.

Compensation:$19-21 hourly

WhatYou'llDo

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using RF-equipment/technology.
• Operate PC and RF-based computer systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure timely & accurate input of data into company ERP/WMS as needed.
• Ensure fulfillments are picked/packed/shipped in a fast-paced manner.
• Load and unload cargo from in/outbound trucks with forklift and/or pallet jacks.
• Accurately measure, cut, and package roll products.
• Receive, store, and ship goods and materials based on assigned tasks.
• Tag all inbound merchandise with receiving data and put away in designated locations.
• Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage areas and loading docks.
• Load/deliver flooring materials to customers/contractors outside of warehouse locations.
• Safely operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.
• Verify inventory level in system against physical count of stock in warehouse locations.
• Strict adherence to clean and maintain the warehouse & compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Stack and pile boards, lumber, and pallets as needed.
• Perform maintenance and upkeep each shift ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by management.

• Pass and maintain forklift certification (1 or more year forklift experience preferred).
• Must speak English.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.

Safety Boots are required on day 1, but company will provide a $200 stipend once hired

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

Compensation Range: $19 USD - $21 USD
