Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver’s License.

• Supervise shifts and uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain productive, cooperative relationships with staff and management.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to review procedures, promotions, safety and training.
