Competenze

• Previous experience operating and maintaining production equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Forklift certification and warehouse machinery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet goals.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain ethical integrity.
• Know Cryovac, sanitation, setup of hydration equipment.
• Familiar with corenco, dicer, and scales for pre-scaling.
• Understand LOTO, sanitation, kettle/filters, CIP reports.
• Leverage Just Foods ERP for reporting and setup.
• Engage in training with Job Instructions and Job Relations.
• Follow safety practices and departmental policies.
