Ready Foods, a Denver-based food manufacturer, seeks a skilled Operator to join our team. You will operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant goals while collaborating with teammates and upholding safety standards.

You will work with Cryovac systems, hydration equipment, and ERP reporting in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. We value teamwork, continuous improvement, and a safe, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Forklift certification and warehouse machinery experience.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices and equipment setup.
• Willingness to undergo training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Operate high-speed production equipment to meet production goals.
• Build positive relationships across teams via collaboration and communication.
• Knowledge of Cryovac and sanitation, setup, and troubleshooting hydration equipment.
• Familiarity with corenco, dicer, and scales for pre-scaling.
• Respect safety policies and food safety procedures; complete daily CIP reports.
