Job summary

Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill, Inc. is seeking a Prep Cook who will set up and sanitize the kitchen, stock ingredients, and prepare dishes according to Wood Ranch recipes.

The position is based at our Chino Hills, CA location and requires handling meats and produce while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. The candidate should have at least 6 months of line or prep cook experience, be 18 or older, and be able to work late nights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a line or prep cook.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and food handling.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
• Following prep lists prepared by managers and supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
• Prepare food according to Wood Ranch recipes and health standards.
• Ensures and promote kitchen safety, hygiene codes, and cleanliness.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
