Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant experience is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds.
• Shows pride in work and willingness to comply with food safety procedures.
• Detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Receiving trucks deliveries and inspecting products for damage or missing items.
• Dating, rotating, and storing all products on the day of delivery.
• Pulling daily data for prepping needs over a 48 hour period.
• Prepping products according to Domino's standards.
• Proofing dough for 24 hours, dating and re-cooling.
• Maintaining proper temperatures during prep.
• Checking temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Dating all products per Domino's dating standards.
• Prepping all cooking PRPs, including sandwich mats and papered pans.
• Maintaining sanitation of prep area and exposed surfaces.
• Restocking dipping cups, soda machines and boxes.
• Reporting safety hazards and maintenance needs.
