Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience in precast concrete or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with large-load or gantry cranes.
• Forklift operation and driving experience.
• Basic knowledge of concrete production processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities in relation to Production within the precast production facility, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members in safe work practices, manufacturing procedures, and equipment operation.
• Oversee the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes for materials handling and transportation within the plant.
• Maintain safety protocols by conducting regular inspections, enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations, and addressing hazards promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance or accelerate issues to ensure schedule is adhered to.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products while coordinating with forklift staff for efficient storage and dispatch.
• Document production activities through detailed reports, logs, and incident records to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
