Job summary

DBO, LLC is seeking a Day Shift Production Associate to support the manufacturing of precast concrete banks in a fast-paced, heavy industrial setting. You will prepare forms, pour and finish concrete, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting production standards.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow OSHA safety policies. Hand and power tools, plus production equipment, are used daily to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy manufacturing or precast concrete is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist precast concrete production by preparing forms and placing conduit.
• Pour, vibrate, and finish concrete to spec; maintain quality controls.
• Conduct post-pour checks and report major issues to supervision.
• Direct cement trucks using hand signals and maintain safe work area.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and keep work area clean and organized.
• Complete all pourings and prep for night shift; follow production schedules.
