Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a reliable Picker Packer to join a leading logistics and warehousing team. You will participate in picking and packing operations and help maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a regular Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours and potential 10-hour peak shifts during busy periods, including Sundays in December. Training is provided, and safety comes first.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Physical capability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Stand and walk for the full duration of your shift to ensure efficient picking and packing.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35–50 pounds to handle products safely.
• Perform repetitive reaching, bending, and handling of products with precision.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support team efforts to meet daily productivity goals and ensure quality standards.
