True Brands is seeking dependable Pickers & Packers for the Day Shift. You will pick items, pack them securely, and help get customer orders out the door.

No prior warehouse experience required; training provided. The role is in a bustling facility with a steady schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and potential overtime. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Reliable and on-time, with a strong work ethic.
• Accurate and detail-oriented, even in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Active, able to stay on your feet and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using basic technology or willing to learn.
• Capable of following written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills to verify quantities and orders.
• Strong teamwork and communication within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately from shelves using handheld device.
• Pack orders for shipment according to guidelines.
• Verify products and quantities against orders.
• Sort boxes by destination and place on pallets.
• Restock picking locations and keep inventory organized.
• Maintain clean, safe, and clutter-free work areas.
• Identify damaged or missing products and report issues.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse processes.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks to meet daily goals.
• Look for ways to improve efficiency and team performance.
