Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Palletizer/Equipment Operator at our Dubuque, IA facility. You will operate the palletizer and assist on production lines, performing quality checks and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires a high school education (GED acceptable) and 1+ year manufacturing experience. Strong math, computer skills, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education or GED; one+ years in manufacturing preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification a plus for specialized tasks.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizer, inspect cans, and print pallet tickets.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist line maintainer as needed.
• Support production lines and feed metal coils when requested.
• Replace and align cans; operate bulk packing machinery to load pallets.
• Communicate changes in schedules or equipment issues between shifts.
• Observe safety rules and SOPs at all times.
