Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Packer in Kentucky to support fast-paced production operations. You will inspect, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Available shifts include day and night rotations; you will work with the operations team to ensure smooth packing processes and adherence to safety guidelines throughout long 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow standard work instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment
• Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues
• Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape etc.)
• Keep station clean at all times
• Follow safety guidelines at all times
