Fulton County Health Center is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at FCHC Orthopedics. This is a full-time position in the Orthopedics department with shift hours and an 80-hour bi-weekly schedule.

Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, completing referrals, collecting copays, and operating a multi-line phone system to direct callers. A high school diploma, knowledge of medical terminology, and prior office experience are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect copays and obtain necessary forms and signatures for treatment, release of information, and insurance precertifications.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers appropriately.
