Qualifications

• Six months of previous work experience or equivalent educational/vocational experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions well and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all donors/customers in a friendly and engaging way.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process soft and hard line merchandise from containers to determine appropriateness for the sales floor according to guidelines.
• Roll merchandise and stock the sales floor accurately.
• Record and monitor donations accurately and timely.
• Stay abreast of brand names and designer labels, current and vintage styles.
• Sort apparel into boutique/Ecommerce, sellable, and salvage categories.
• Place items on hangers and transport them to the sales floor with grouping.
• Maintain daily quota for pieces processed and price merch for display.
• Comply with safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors/customers with friendly interactions.
• Adhere to store policies and participate in meetings/trainings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
