Responsibilities

• Drive great throughput and selection rates by quickly and accurately pulling products from warehouse racks and storage locations based on production demands.
• Efficiently utilize powered or manual pallet jack equipment to build multi-item pallets or carts of orders for transport, focusing on safe stacking and weight distribution.
• Prioritize urgency when completing hot or high-priority orders to meet tight shipping deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company procedures for handling, staging, and documenting pulled orders, minimizing errors and preventing inventory shrinkage.
• Actively participate in team efforts to maintain clean aisles and efficient organization across the warehouse picking areas.
