Job summary

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is seeking motivated Line Cooks to join our West Ashley kitchen crew. You will prepare and execute menu items, maintain a clean workstation, and work with the team to ensure smooth service.

We look for candidates with line cook experience or willingness to train. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required as part of a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

• Line cook experience preferred; training available for right person.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to Mex 1 recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support prep and closing duties as assigned.
