Marugame Udon is seeking Team Members to support fast-paced kitchen operations. You will follow recipes, assist with hot and cold prep, and ensure food safety and sanitation throughout your shift.

Key duties include accurate portion control, timely food preparation, and delivering warm Omotenashi to guests. Candidates should be reliable, communicative, and able to work at least 3 shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain prep procedures.
• Good hygiene and sanitation practices are required.
• Must communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsabilités

• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes including prepping, cooking, and dough handling.
• Complete hot and cold food prep assignments accurately, neatly, and on time.
• Prepare food throughout the day as needed to meet business volume.
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide outstanding Omotenashi and guest interaction.
