• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted, and used.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Color balances fryers and maintains proper shortening levels.
• Filters and cleans fryers following safety guidelines.
• Pans and cooks chicken as directed by the Manager in Charge.
• Maintains food quality to meet SOM specifications and holding times.
• Maintains a clean work area and stocking at the batter area.
• Assists with sanitation, stock checks, and general tasks as assigned.
