Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up batter table and prepare batter mix for service.
• Prepare and cook food per Manager instruction and standards.
• Monitor fryers and maintain proper shortening levels.
• Ensure all food meets specifications and holding times.
• Keep work area clean and practice sanitation and safety.
• Assist with stocking and organization of the batter area.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Shift Manager.
