Job summary

Long John Silver's is hiring for a Kitchen / Cook / Food Service Crew Member to support fast-paced service with a friendly attitude. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area across shifts.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a perks program including free meals and flexible scheduling. This role emphasizes teamwork with Delivery Partners and reliable transportation to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Positive and friendly demeanor toward coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
Accurately take orders and process payments.
Address and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
Collaborate effectively with Delivery Partners.
Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
Assist in menu questions and promote promotions.
Restock ingredients and workstation as needed.
Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills) and support preparation.
Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
