Job summary

Topgolf in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Support team member to deliver food and beverages, prep drinks, and keep bays clean while engaging with guests on a fast‑paced floor. You’ll support Bay Hosts and the broader team to maintain high service standards.

The role requires a guest‑first mindset, energy, and reliability, with evenings, weekends, and holidays included. Prior hospitality experience is preferred and licensing requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service, hospitality, or food and beverage environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 16 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Support the Floor by delivering food and beverages to guests quickly.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages at the beverage station.
• Greet guests warmly and help keep bays clean.
• Rotate between beverage station and floor support as needed.
• Keep the venue polished and sanitary.
• Clear and sanitize bays and tables between visits.
• Bus dishes and return them to the dishwashing area.
• Maintain stocked beverage stations and service areas.
• Assist Bay Hosts and the floor team to keep service running.
• Observe responsible alcohol service guidelines.
