Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, ability to thrive in high-volume environments, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 21+ with racing license eligibility may be required at times; teamwork and safety come first.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare vegetables, fruits, meats, soups, sauces, and desserts per recipes and menus.
• Operate sauté, broiler, fryer, pizza ovens, and pantry stations.
• Expedite line by reading and calling tickets.
• Control portion sizes and prepare food to meet pars and quality standards.
• Organize cooks’ line and storage areas.
• Alert Executive Chef to potential food hazards and waste.
