Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs is hiring a Food and Beverage Attendant to greet guests, take orders, serve meals, and handle transactions across lodge outlets. The role offers a base pay of $16 per hour plus tips, with tips varying by shift and location.

Qualifications

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide.
• Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from guests.
• Prepares customer food and beverage orders.
• Provides outstanding customer service and engages in suggestive selling.
• Performs cash-handling functions using POS system and daily reporting.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the dining and retail areas.
