Job summary

ConnectedHealth seeks an ER Registered Nurse to provide direct care in Grants, NM. The role focuses on rapid assessments, triage, and high-quality emergency care in a busy department.

The position requires NM or compact RN licensure, ADN/BSN, and BLS/ACLS/PALS. TNCC is preferred. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NM or compact
• ADN or BSN degree in nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols
