Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Cook to prepare and assemble meals according to memorized standard recipes, and to monitor food production to meet quality standards. You will receive orders, coordinate pick-ups, and maintain a clean, safe workstation with proper waste control.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of cook experience, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and obtain necessary licenses. Equal opportunity employer statement included.

• Minimum 6 months of cook experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for duration of shift.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses/certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Cook orders according to memorized standard recipes.
• Monitor food production to ensure quality standards.
• Receive and prepare food orders for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas.
• Control waste and rotate stock to maintain pars.
• Apply safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
