Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail and remove dishes and glassware.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware; maintain presentation.
• Provide friendly, attentive service creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Support servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requests.
• Perform dining area maintenance including cleaning floors, sweeping and mopping.
• Complete station setup, stocking duties, closing tasks, and sanitation.]
• Sort and pre-sort dishware and utensils to support efficient operations.
• Follow instructions with accuracy and ownership.
• Work efficiently with speed and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with FOH team to support guest experience.
