The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a friendly Busser to support servers and hosts in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. You will clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining area, and help create a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with bussing, bar backing, or server assistant duties a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware, maintaining consistent presentation.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork by supporting servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requests.
• Perform dining area maintenance, including cleaning floors, sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, stocking duties, and closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sort and pre-sort dishware and utensils to support efficient operations.
• Follow instructions with accuracy and ownership.
• Work efficiently with speed and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team to support a positive guest experience.
