The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is hiring a Busser to support servers and hosts in a fast-paced dining room. You’ll help clear and reset tables, maintain a clean presentation, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

As part of a high-volume team, you’ll work with speed and teamwork, with opportunities for career growth and access to benefits. 18+ required, flexible hours and shift-based pay with tips support.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
• Friendly, positive guest service mindset and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail and remove dishes and glassware.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware for the next guests.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that welcomes and cares for guests.
• Support servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refills, and guest requests.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and sanitation, including floors.
• Assist with station setup/breakdown and stocking duties as needed.
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction.
