Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Busser to support servers, hosts, and bartenders in a fast-paced dining room. You will clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail; remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware; maintain presentation.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Support servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requests.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness; sweep and mop as needed.
• Complete station setup/ breakdown and closing tasks; manage stocking duties.
