Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage maintenance and price changes. You will also assist with merchandise and fixture assembly and uphold legendary customer service.

In this role you must be available for varying shifts, maintain attendance, and communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform planogram measurements.
• Execute store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install and maintain store signage including Circulars and price signs.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.
