Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage, price adjustments, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and helping maintain signage and displays.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and strong communication with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using GURA.
