Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly in-store. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while supporting FAST operations.

Requires retail/merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write and count. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued, with flexibility and self-direction essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, reading, writing and counting required.
• Preferred: Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements and store price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers.
