Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish merchandising tasks including planograms, signage updates, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service.

You will assemble merchandise and fixtures, support store operations, and help maintain planogram integrity, with dependable attendance and flexible shifts as needed in a retail environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers' specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
• FAST Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
