Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end merchandising tasks, planograms, signage, and price changes. You will assist with fixtures, PDQs, and overall store appearance while delivering legendary customer service on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have prior retail merchandising experience, are at least 18, and can read, write and count accurately. Physical stamina for lifting and standing is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising is required.
• Experience in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count with basic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms, signage, and price changes in-store.
• Assist with merchandising, fixture assembly, and PDQ setup.
• Support customer service and store operations.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Ensure planogram integrity and store safety at all times.
