Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and related merchandising tasks in-store. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting fixture assembly and PDQ setup.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Flexible shifts and a focus on safety are required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting skills are required.
• Preferred knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work shifts as needed.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
