Job summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for Salisbury, NC. This temp-to-hire role runs on the 2nd shift, 3:00pm–1:00am, Monday–Friday with no Sundays and overtime possible.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience. You will set up CNC machinery, load/unload materials, and ensure quality while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC machine operator experience.
• Ability to follow established specifications and safety procedures.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Marathon Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing team in Salisbury, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with overtime available.

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–1:00am (No Sundays)

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (with potential increases based on experience)
