Job summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for our Salisbury, NC manufacturing team. The role focuses on setting up and running CNC equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.

This is a 2nd shift position, 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, with overtime available and a temp-to-hire path. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC machine operator experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required for Salisbury, NC location.

Responsibilities

• Follow the production schedule to meet demand.
• Set up machines according to established specifications.
• Load and unload materials.
• Adjust equipment to maintain quality standards.
• Clean the production area and equipment.
• Notify a supervisor of any issues.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects.
