Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a Burlington, NC manufacturing setting. You will set up and run CNC equipment, interpret technical drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications.

This temp-to-hire role on first shift (7:30-4:30) may move to second shift (3:30pm-12am, M-F). Pay is $22 per hour with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Our client in Burlington, NC is looking for a CNC Machine operator to work in the manufacturing company

Company Location: Burlington, NC 27215, USA

Train on 1st shift 7:30-4:30pm, then would move to 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am M-F

Pay rate $22.00

• Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.

Experience Level

Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years.
