Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator in New Jersey to set up and run CNC and manual machines with precision. You will read blueprints, operate vertical boring mills, and handle fabrications and castings, ensuring quality and efficiency.

We offer a full-time schedule with generous overtime and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off. Experience with Mastercam and Fanuc is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on machining experience
• Experience with CNC and manual machines
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of fabrication and casting processes
• Vertical boring mill setup and operation experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Forklift and overhead crane experience
• Familiarity with Mastercam
• Fanuc Controls experience is a plus
