Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in a visible, friendly manner.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at the check lane.
• Operate the POS system to handle cash, checks, cards, SNAP/EBT, WIC, coupons.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and prevent loss.
• Follow guidelines for restricted items and stay compliant with safety rules.
• Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator.
• Follow established policies for stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
• Stay up-to-date with current ads and promotions.
• Provide service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety.
