Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage costs, food safety, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior restaurant management experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills. This role offers advancement opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
