Qualifications

• 3+ years as a restaurant general manager, fast-casual preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Scheduling flexibility for a 45-hour workweek.
