Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk in Michigan to help ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You will merchandise products, support day-to-day store operations, and interact with customers with a friendly, customer-first attitude.

You’ll work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day, use basic technology, and collaborate with leadership to complete tasks on time. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and use basic technology.
• Follow processes in an organized, efficient way.
• Stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelves accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
